Start 2015 off in a healthy way, with exciting tips to fuel your body and mind, and to keep your home organized for the new year! She will share life-tested solutions to address digestive issues, excess weight, and fatigue for people who are living below their potential for good health and well-being. Katie is a certified holistic health coach, raw food chef and instructor, trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Natural Gourmet Institute, both in New York City. Visit her web site at www.BNourished.com. Professional organizer and EG resident Kristin MacRae will share how to organize your home, with an emphasis on paper control and eliminating clutter.
