    People's Credit Union Announces Appointment of Carol Ulak, Sales & Experience Manager

    People’s Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Ulak as Sales & Experience Manager.  As Sales & Experience Manager, Ulak is responsible for managing the Credit Union’s sales program, managing the overall member experience program and ensuring it supports the Credit Union’s strategic plan, brand, mission and core values. 
     
    Ulak has over 16 years of sales and finance experience to People’s Credit Union.  Previously, she was employed with Webster Bank as the Market Operations Coordinator for the Metro-East Market.  She was responsible for all sales, audits, and compliance processes in six branches within the Market, oversaw training for 24 employees in security and compliance, assisted with the customer experience by coaching associates and interacting with customers.
